XCL World Academy - A Recruitment Partnership Since 2021

A continuing recruitment partnership recognized with Elite Partner status

The context

Following XCL Education Holdings’ acquisition of GEMS Singapore in May 2021, the school entered a new phase as XCL World Academy. Mighty Edupath became involved during this transition, supporting international marketing, partnership development and student recruitment.

Our appointment

Mighty Edupath was appointed Strategic Partner – Master Agent for Student Recruitment in October 2021, supporting the recruitment pipeline for the 2022–2023 academic year & beyond.

After AY2022–2023, the appointment transitioned to a role of Key Recruitment Partner. The relationship continues today, with Mighty Edupath receiving Elite Partner recognition for AY2025–2026.

Our contribution

Mighty Edupath brought together international marketing, business development, partnership engagement and student recruitment to strengthen the school’s market visibility and support enrolment development.

During the Master Agent appointment, this work supported prospective families considering entry for AY2022–2023. With recruitment taking place ahead of students’ intended enrolment dates, the contribution of this initial phase extended into the following academic year.

After transitioning to Key Recruitment Partner, Mighty Edupath continued to support student recruitment, building on the relationships and market engagement developed during the earlier appointment.

The results

For the 2022–2023 reporting period, Mighty Edupath recorded:

• 266 student applications generated
• 172 paid enrolments secured

These results provide measurable evidence of Mighty Edupath’s recruitment contribution during XCL World Academy’s rebranding and growth phase.
