Founder and Director
An experienced and caring education professional has a rich background in higher education. With a focus on educational leadership and management, she excels in coaching, fostering a supportive environment, and demonstrating strong leadership qualities. Julia’s expertise also extends to strategic planning, business development, marketing strategy, and market analysis, reflecting her commitment to advancing educational goals and nurturing individuals within the academic community. Julia holds a master’s degree in educational management from National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
Xiaomei Xia
Director and Co-founder
A performer and team leader with close to two decades of regional experience in finance and education industries, Xiaomei has played key roles in sales, marketing, business development, project management, branding, public relations, market research and analysis, teaching, and training. Xiaomei last earned a master’s degree in business administration (distinction) from the University of Nottingham.
Rayvan Ho
Director, Tech and BD
Rayvan Ho, founder of ACKTEC Technologies, is a visionary leader in education and technology, driving scalable learning management systems and corporate training programs through innovation. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from NUS with further studies at RSIS, Rayvan combines technical expertise with strategic insights to transform modern education. Recognized with the SOE Award in 2023, he also contributes to youth business development as a committee member of SCCCI’s Youth Business Group. Known for his professionalism and passion for innovation, Rayvan continues to shape the future of learning.
Denis Shum Hoi Ning
Director (Nanjing, China)
Denis graduated from Shanghai International Studies University and has been involved in international education for over fifteen years serving as a senior study abroad consultant. Over the years, he has approached his work with a serious, trustworthy, and responsible attitude; tailoring study abroad plans to meet the individual needs of students in order to achieve the best study abroad results. Additionally, Denis possesses extensive experience in Sino-foreign curriculum cooperation.
